Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery time may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays.

We are currently using Royal Mail. Delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier from the date of despatch.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address is correct before completing your order as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived with 10 working days (Uk)after despatch, please contact us at amorabykenza@gmail.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
